I own a half dozen residential rentals, but with high prices lately decided to move into commercial real estate for the first time, which seems to be a much more depressed market at the moment.  

My partner was familiar with the Tucson Arizona from going to college and spending time in Tucson.

For those who've used bridge loans before, how did they impact your ability to capitalize on time-sensitive investment opportunities?

I pay seller over time and I will pay the mortgage myself which is subto.

I had to get a full time job just to stay a float.

If you know you average booking lead time you can be more, knowledgeable about when to make adjustments or when to be patient.

I can't be on a computer all the time.
