Hi guys, I'm new here and to real estate I'm originally from Asheville, NC but the Army moved me to Clarksville, TN I'm looking forward to getting my first rental property and keep learning and expanding my portfolio so I can set myself up in a better position for the future so I can spend more time with family and friends and not be forced to have a W2 job for 50+ hours a week.

We are already not super fond of VRBO because of the way the have us manage rentals from property managers.

We use a property management company for our rentals and our VA is copied on all communication.

Long-term rental with substantial services provided.

My journey began with a duplex in 2020, and now my partner and I have built a solid rental portfolio.

I'd hate for someone like that to be managing my rentals. 

A slow leak has caused $2.5K damage to a rental property of mine.

I’ve heard some lenders will take 75% of future rental amount to help qualify.

I’ll be job hunting soon and hope to start working by September.I’m looking to buy my first rental property around March 2025 in the Northwest or Northeast San Antonio area, and I’m even considering as far up as San Marcos.

Over the past year and a half, I invested in fuor rental investment properties with the mortgage rates of 6.3-6.8 for each of the property over 30 years.
