Generally though when lots of investors are involved and each has an opinion and a voter share right it can become a nightmare with lots of infighting with what to do with a property if a problem arises.So whether people find DST's favorable is really situational on what the investors deems important considerations.Most regular syndicators do not take 1031 money as they have to run the TIC or DST models.
