Does anyone know if The City of Pittsburgh permits a house to be rented by the bedroom in Southside Flats?

., to showcase vacancies to prospective renters. 

I have a property in Daly City, less then 5 minutes from SF, which is currently being rented out by a family upstairs and has recently been vacated in the separated downstairs garage area, which currently has a permitted bathroom and (I believe a permitted) bedroom.

I regularly run prospective properties through my local property managers. 

I first need to buy a garage to be able to apply for the short-term rental permit, since i need to be able to provide parking space for the guests.

Great product, did some things out of order with respect to the City permits/inspections but with grace we made it through!

With the latest recession I doubt housing permit numbers will rise too much.  

We have a list of prospective tenants that could fill the building, but in light of the COVID-19 crisis, I'd like to offer a month's free rent to hospital employees and municipal first responders.  

This is also a get BEFORE and AFTER opportunity to show to prospective future renters.

Should tenant choose not to designate a person(s), belongings will be handled in accordance with local laws and may be disposed of as the law permits.
