Definitely start investing in real estate, doing it part time while having a full time job is perfect.

They really liked it so they told him that they wanted to do a rent to own with it.We usually don't do the lease options on properties where we have more than 140k into the property because we like to keep the monthly lease amount close to the regular rent rates in the area and when we get above that amount then we have to increase the monthly lease amount to above market rent in order to come the monthly expenses and money service.This property is another one that we have on a half an acre and they really wanted it because of the land and it would be perfect for them.

I spent 8 days on my hands and knees scrubbing cove base with a toothbrush and caked-on soap scum from the tub, scrubbing and painting walls, and taking 11 passes to the kitchen floor with a mop to strip/seal/polish it etc. to deliver a pristine perfect unit to these people.  

She didn't want lots of people seeing it anything but perfect and wanted an easy cash sale.  

I bought a duplex in Newport News in Oct 2018 through a wholesaler, so it is perfectly fine.

Probably not a perfect method, in fact I know it isn't or I wouldn't have trouble with construction people on a weekly basis, but at least it's usually other problems like shoddy work or not showing up when they say they will.
