Hello NJ,

I made a post about possibly moving out of NYC and over to NJ via house hacking.

It seems thw idea is picking up steam. Before I go speak to a bank; I'd like to get an understanding of some of the areas near NYC.

If anyone could provide a description or class ranking of the following areas, I'd really appreciate it.

I'll still be working in NYC so the commute will be an issue.

Elizabeth

Bayonne

Jersey City

Edgewater

Hoboken

North Bergen

Please feel free to add to the list.

Thanks a lot for reading,

Matt

I would totally do it. A proper house hack would work perfectly in NJ! Look me up - I'll hook you up with someone in Jersey!
