Generally speaking, if a state is a red state then they are more landlord friendly.....blue states, more tenant friendly.

Hi Elijah,In Wichita, I think houses built in the 1950s are the best because they are located in convenient blue collar neighborhoods and usually priced around 50-70K and rents for 700-850 per month so the cash flow is great.
