Growth in Greenville, SC

Super exciting growth in the Greenville, SC downtown area.

From the Upstate Business Journal: https://upstatebusinessjournal.com/peace-center-su...

Plans to expand and develop restaurants, shops, and apartment buildings.

If you are from the Upstate, what are your thoughts? Do you think the city is growing too fast? Are there disadvantages to the development? Where would you want to see changes made? Do you think Spartanburg could be a 'mini' Greenville one day?

@Andrea Snyder,

It has caught my attention here in Los Angeles.  I have my eye on one of the new apartments downtown on Washington.  I wish there were more lofts downtown.

I think that downtown lofts would do well there.
