It is smaller reward, but much less risk.

Whether or not a sandwich lease is a good idea depends upon a number of factors:1) the numbers in the deal, meaning the risk to reward ratio;2) the investors mindset;3) the strength and validity of the agreeements being used.

My knowledge was limited, but my risk taking tolerance was high which turned out to be rather rewarding in the long run.

There are rewards and risks.   

I’m happy to provide info on the local market and talk about how they can become a home owner themselves (most don’t realize they’re eligible to buy/that 3.5% down is a thing, so it’s rewarding to see them light up at the prospect of being a home owner).
