@Jill DeWit I have been listening to as many podcasts as I can get my hands on but I need to check out the videos and webinars!

There are so many different avenues, I recommend reading a lot of books and listening to the podcast to get a feel for what areas interest you and see what feels right for you.  

I have been listening to Ron LeGrand and was curious if anyone had success with his strategies or those of Bill Vaughn.

Hi everyone - I listened to a great podcast and the guy being interviewed was talking about how he will make offers on portfolio deals at a discounted price and then get the seller to indicate the value of each one, subtracting the price from the total portfolio price, until he gets down to a (low) price for the one property he really wanted.   

I then started to work both a full time and part time job to lower my DTI by paying off both car and credit card debts, coupled with listening to the Podcasts and then becoming a member of the website which have really helped boost my awareness and self-esteem these past few months.  

Currently, I listen to podcasts and will be attending an Renauts to continue my real estate education.  

After reading a bunch of books and listening to BP podcasts(this site is amazing!

I'm in the process of listening to all the podcasts and listening to a lot of the books (on audible) that people on the podcast recommend.

Wish I had this group earlier.Thank you for listening. 

I agree with the previous recommendations to start listening to the BP Podcast and start going to COREE.
