Now that I have a few properties in Wichita, I was looking for a local lender that could do small multi-families.

There may be some flexibility if your going from a multi-family home to a single family home.

This is my first multi-family purchase and each building has 12 units.

I currently have 100K in the bank doing absolutely nothing and I want to get the best bang for my buck in terms of properties/investment.I figured that if I am able to invest 100K outside my state, I would be able to buy several properties and put them to work for me compared to just buying one here in NY. 

If you're looking at investing in syndicates, going the turnkey route, or focusing on multi families, make sure you put in keyword alerts that get progressively more specific.

Could you buy a multi family out of state?

My personal goal is to build capital to go hands on into the Multi-unit investments, however, I have bills like the rest.
