Small Bank/Credit Union Lenders (Portfolio, Commercial, Flexible)
Hey everyone, I know the Wichita forum isn't that active but I figured I would give it a shot. Now that I have a few properties in Wichita, I was looking for a local lender that could do small multi-families. To make a long story short a lot our recent purchases have been groups of quads or tri's so technically they are residential but I have been buying them in groups normally 8-20 units so I need a lender who can look at them as a group rather than trying to loan on each quad. Any point in the right direction would be helpful.
