I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

If your insurance exclude coverage for certain breeds, and you demonstrate that you cannot obtain comparable insurance in the marketplace, without the exclusion, for comparable rates, then you can deny those breeds even for persons with disabilities.

Contact other people with lower cleaning rates in the vicinity of your property and see if they would share who their cleaner is.Use Google and FB marketplace to find and interview other cleaners.Sign a cleaning contract so they don't jack up their prices right after they start. 

Understand who you're serving in that marketplace (i.e. families, business travel, ..)4.

Facebook Marketplace is another great resource.

It is an obvious and easy to detect loan defect that will affect the current (at the time) investor from disposition the loan according to it's master plan, as such it will eventually get dealt with.
