Hope the buyer doesn't run to the courthouse and record something ahead of you.

I would hope that if a section 8 tenant trashes a house and you report it to Section 8 folks, the voucher would be taken away from the tenant. 

;) And, believe it or not, that's a big step up from the "Holy Crap No Way That's Crazy I'm Going to Lose All My Money and My Kids Won't Go to College and I'll Be a Failure" stage I was at previously.I'd like to connect with others in the Tampa area who have experience purchasing homes through the Hillsborough foreclosure auction.

I know there are some courses out there, but I'm hoping to do this with as little upfront cost as possible.

I was hoping for a referral from a local investor who has had a similar need and worked with someone they were happy with.

I have however helped dozens of clients who have had to deal with their policies not being liquid, being charged 5 or 6 figures a year in fees, dealing with the tax implications of surrender fees, and almost unanimously nobody has understood what they were sold.As someone who is such a champion of these ideas, I'm hopeful you have some examples for all of us in this forum who would like to learn more.
