I was skeptical of that at first, but the platform they're using is actually pretty neat and is as close as anyone has gotten in the virtual space to an in-person meeting.

I do both residential and commercial.Like any industry, there are both legit and illicit.

I don't know what to think about most of the platforms raising funds for real estate, since like DSTs, the guys doing the selling are not real estate guys and more akin to stock brokers.

I haven't bought on their platform, but I have sold properties on it.

AirBnB (more so than VRBO) seems to be completely crushing it from all the people in my Northern Colorado network that use both platforms.  

Then, we got a tenant that wanted to stay longer and didn't want to go through the platform and just wanted to pay us directly, which worked great because we actually made more money that way and avoided the management and cleaning fees. 

Just wanted to make sure they are a legit company I know there is a lot of scaming going on

If all the work was done to code by legit contractors it should be fairly easy to get approval.

I've read post after post on this platform and others and have received call after call from investors with PM horror stories.
