I have been lurking on this site for a couple of years and have enjoyed reading the various posts and listening to the podcasts, along with reading books and researching online. 

Dealing with lead paint is one particular thing I have seen first time flipper totally miss and see them taking short cuts that eventually come back to bite them.

Any other online resources recommend that are most accurate?
