New Hampshire Rental Comps

I need solid rental comps for a court case (may get to point squatter on my property is required to pay back rent).  Rental property is in the Lakes Region - any real estate agents or property management companies can provide solid comps?  Any other online resources recommend that are most accurate?  Is Rentometer to go to place?  Thanks in advance for help on this.

@Liz Murphy Rentometer should be pretty solid. You can also look pretty easily on Zillow at rentals in the area. The majority of landlords don't list rentals on the MLS. (although some still do!
