I plan to save more as I learn more about REI.I wanted to ask if there were any REI clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, Marin County or Monterey Bay area, or any groups of meetings of that sort that anyone knows of.

I'm involved in all facets of real estate, from residential, land and commercial brokerage, to real estate land development, new home construction, the occasional renovation and enjoy real estate investing of all sorts, primarily buy and hold large land tracts.

I would negotiate the sort sale, but then sell it to you.

Everyone in the Industry tells me it's a wrapThe theory is that it will be much worse than the sub-prime crash based on the size of the loans even though a smaller % is estemated to fail it will have a larger affect on the market.I know of a couple a funds that are already positioning themselves to take full advatage of the impending crash

But I agree, the larger homes will appeal to families, but at the same time... they will require a higher rent.

He has offered it to my wife and I to leverage into a larger home (if we cover his costs).
