Just curious.......we have most guests leave things in the kitchen.

The most labor intense part of the project was repairing the original wood windows.

The property needs work in the bathrooms and kitchen and paint on the outside and inside. 

& I'll raise you a beautiful white carpeted kitchen floor.

The attic has been built up with kitchen, bath, living room and 3 bedrooms.

IE making sure the kitchen has can openers and a dish drying rack, picking up the mailbox key from the post office, assembling night stands, etc.Most of us manage remotely just fine, but most of us also visit our property once before going live to get it all setup. 

That makes sense because open square feet costs less to build than kitchens and baths.

Needs paint, new kitchen, roof.

Over the last 5 years, we've updated the bathrooms, kitchen, new shingles, replaces all inside doors, ran a gas line to the stove, replaces facia and other details costing us approximately $25,000.

The bathrooms share the water lines, but the kitchens are separate water lines.
