Do you think homes ( or even MF) that can be printed in less than 24 hours and for only a few thousand dollars will revolutionize the industry?

We still have plenty of credit available and we use it on our daily expenses (i.e. food, gas, utilities) in order to gain some of the rewards but it tends to keep our credit available low.

Next-to-nothing electric utilities should be a great selling point.

So what we have is two people paying rent and utilities in a home without a lease, contract, or any proof of an agreement. 

Shortage of land and labor have been holding the industry back. 

I am always looking to connect with more people in the industry to share ideas, information, advice, etc.

What software do you utilize to find out all of this info?

@Phillip Tamez, I determine the mid-range rent utilizing comparable rentals in the area.  

If my offer is accepted we will do the rehab and market the house for rent starting at $750, no smoking, no pets( if renter insist on having a dog I will add $25 on top of base rent and a non-refundable pet deposit of $250)tenant pays all utilities and does yard maintenance.So, as of now I’m projected to net at $266.

Will that include utils?
