Throughout the process, everything seemed fine until we got to a point where he kept pushing back closing because he didn't have the documents prepared and then when we finally sent them, he expected me to sign them without having time to have attorney review them.

I use Hocker Title -- they do off-market through the regular title process, but if something comes up that requires an attorney, there are attorneys on staff who can work through the issues. 

While that is a huge jump in deductible, my thinking is that we should avoid submitting any claims anyways since that would likely result in premiums being jacked up the following year or even droppage of coverage.Does this make sense?
