LLC and Property Title

My partner and I are In the process of filing our LLC. We plan on flipping our first home soon and a few down the road to eventually keeping a few as rentals. My question is what is the best way to set up out LLC, and should we be taxed as an S-Corp?
How should we take the Title of a property as an LLC?
