@Ian Stevenson there IS NO 100% financing for buy and HOLD .. end of that discussion especially for foreigners.. you can pay cash many times and refinance out much or all of your cash.. but to buy or purchase with a 100% loan your wasting your time.

I'm about to set up an LLC to purchase my first out of state rental property.Then I read some forum posts saying that an LLC based in one state & operating rentals in another has to register as a foreign entity in the other state too.
