Hi Lourdes, our local paper publishes a crime report where they plot all police calls on a google map and that gives me a pretty good idea of what areas to avoid.

No police report has been made. 

I have bought a house through an online platform, based on the inspection report they provided.

I am not on that side of the table so I really dont know what they ask for  IE do they want to see the HUD when you purchased or are they simply relying on appraisal and current title report. now that 60k was just vapor right there is no cash ..

jose i know you are past this part of wholesaling, unlike my self this will be my first deal. i m using the fix & fix report and i am stuck at the rehab cost, how do i know what to put in this section. thanks for any help.

@Ockert KrugerI'd recommend looking at large brokerage reports like Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Berkadia, etc. for your area.

When you sell to a relative, there's extra fun in reporting it.
