Ring - Wireless and I have to occasionally charge the battery and pay for service.

We’re in a buyers market now in Manhattan except for the occasional hot property which will sell quickly and at/above ask.

I will most likely become a realtor and work for a broker in the beginning but branch off on my own into just investing in rental properties and an occasional flip.

I'm just sorry that we won't be challenging our record of 20 minutes to put a 1031 together :)  This feels like an extravagant amount time but does illustrate that if you've got a good closing attorney or title company in place a qualified intermediary can always jump in at the last minute as long as the sale hasn't closed.

@Jessie Bienvenu Thanks for your input JessieI do my door knocking from 5 - 7pm Tuesdays, Wednesday and the occasional Thursday. 

I may be a bit late in posting an introduction - it has only taken me 2 years of occasional BP reading to realize that getting involved in this team sport is much better than hiding in a corner.I have a few out of state buy and hold deals under my belt, but I'd still consider myself new.

The B gives easy, stable, and regular income, the C's give variable income but have the occasional tenant drama. 

It was simply a discussion/roll play between Will and Bill and occasionally Marc would chime in, The 10 others in the chat probablly wernt willing to say a word after the 10 times I was scolded for asking logical questions.

If I could get my own money refinanced back out of the property, and if the buyers had a great down-payment and could make a good monthly payment, I might occasionally do another o-f sell.

Occasionally we will be awarded a paid contract to do engineering & design for the work to be done, but never have we been paid to provide an estimate.
