1031 QI for Closing ASAP

My father is in the process of selling a property in North Jersey and the closing is hopefully going to be in the next 24-48 hours. Is there any 1031 QI Agency who would be able to work in that timeline? Extremely last minute but don't want to miss out on the benefits of the exchange. Please only refer agencies you have worked with.
