Hi Bigger Pockets Community!
I may be a bit late in posting an introduction - it has only taken me 2 years of occasional BP reading to realize that getting involved in this team sport is much better than hiding in a corner.

I have a few out of state buy and hold deals under my belt, but I'd still consider myself new. I've spent most of my life as a Navy pilot up to this point and am getting ready to transition to the real world and know that real estate is the place to be.

Thanks for the advice I've already read here I hope that I can help in some way from Virginia Beach.
