@William Rhodes I love your strategy

Been listening to the podcasts on my daily commute and learning a lot about the different ways/strategies people have invested in real estate.

Obviously 6 months later you'll have to endure some interest rate risk as the market can change but sometimes this strategy is worth the risk, all things considered.Let me know if that helps. 

I've definitely made some money both on the cash flow and appreciation (appreciation was a surprise in most cases).But that being said, the exit strategy is difficult and I can see why people lose money on these ventures.Four pitfalls I see:#1 Lack of control:  Depending on property managers who in most cases do not have your interest in mind.  

Point being, make sure your exit strategy will work before you get to that point.  

I'm looking for a firm that understands real estate investing and can advise on the proper structure and financial strategies to lower tax burdens. 

Excited to learn everything I can in regards to the multiple strategies in real estate investing... especially the possibility of little to no investments using my own money!  

I'd like to compile a resource of strategies on self-managing STR's to maximize profits.

I would be willing to buy a drink or two and sit down get some insight on the local market and discuss strategies.

@Zoe Mercier  Just trying to be devil's advocate here, but what would your exit strategy be?
