How to buy insurance on Tax Deed House
I have an interest in buying tax deeds in GA. They carry a 20% redemption rate.
But, some of them are pricey and I cannot control the property until a one year redemption period
expires. Does anyone know how I might purchase an insurance policy on this property for fire etc?
I have the deed but cannot technically control the property!
