Looking for an Accounting Firm

I'm fairly new to real estate investing and still building my team. I'm looking for a CPA that can help me get the business structure set up so that I have the correct entities carrying the correct assets for taxes and protections. I'm looking for a firm that understands real estate investing and can advise on the proper structure and financial strategies to lower tax burdens.

I don't have an accounting software set up yet, but leaning toward Xero. I don't mind doing much of the bookkeeping myself for now, but will definitely need help setting up the account properly.

Any advice or recommendations?

Thanks,

Melody
