All in all, I love investing there, and plan to continue until I'm broke, dead, or the city has a change of heart.

Does that mean they could be sitting in some dead mail room if they were not deliverable?

My penultimate rehab was a super-hoarder house.The poor man's remains was removed by the health department covered in like a million dragon flies.He'd been dead for weeks.The house is one of my cleanest now and the new tenant wrote me a letter after signing the lease that she didn't  ever plan to move out.I hope she doesn't plan on dying there too...That would be too much for one landlord.

One dead giveaway is there is no grass in the front.

IE go to all the trouble to find great deals but don't have their money dead certain.

You're taking your money and "dead ending" it by putting it into these two properties and leaving them there.  

If somebody knows about these loans, I ll gladly listen.To make our situation clear - Me and my husband work at dead end restaurant jobs, therefore we have no money!
