I was wondering if it was customary to have a landscape design proposal sent without any pictures.

I post an ad there for a rental with pictures, detailed description ect.

This is way too speculative, macro, and big-picture for me to make any money on.

I've built a nice Excel sheet to track customers - name, contact info, where from, reason for coming, platform used (AIR/VRBO/Private) and gross/net revenues for each.

@Jenkins Ramon sorry this is an old deal so I don’t have any good pictures as it has been occupied since we first listed it.

That does not mean every possible appraiser will agree with our assessment and we understand that sometimes as an investor, the picture is not clear enough to move forward and that is ok.  

We found this deal by looking at Zillow and only looking at properties that had been on the market for 60+ days, and it had poor quality pictures and overgrown front yard, making most people look the other way!

I have paid more for appraisals but only for large custom SFH. 

I can't wait for journalists of the future to finally do their job and investigate the negative impact of this entire government fiasco.Side note: this is going to really hit the poor communities hard because they don't have picture ID.
