I'm interested in student housing, it's actually the niche I've been focusing on for awhile.

(I'm not doing that)They are getting mostly med. students and traveling doctors through networking with hospital. 30-60 day stays that just wanted relaxation and out of the hotel.Small town is 7min away and most restaurants are 15-20min.It is not a great market for vacation rentals, so I'd like to get a good enough kitchen to be able to have 6-12month leases if needed.I found a little extra space under the stairs to put a 28" wide 14 cubic foot fridge, so I have more space than I originally thought.

I specialized in the student housing market.

South Philadelphia along Broad St. is up and coming but you can get Temple U. students to live there.

It definitely needs some cosmetic work but as a college student that will not be possible anytime soon.

They are an educational program for people interested in becoming a real estate investor while marketing the education to others and earning 50% of commission on the students you sign up. 

I'm a huge fan of BP, and I think this site is the greatest tool any investor or real estate student could ever have. 

I've been in executive management all of my post-college career (I was a late student (30), having served in the military and had "real jobs" in between and during college, ) and I have never considered it my job to do everything at the firm.

I believe that is supposed to bring 1200 people to the area between students and staff.

I am currently a student at the University of Montana -- where I have about another year (2016) before I receive my undergraduate degree.
