San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego may get most of the tourists, revenue, publicity, but they make up a fairly small percentage of the state.

Buy and holds will be our main focus long-term, and eventually we may want to jump into commercial, so I was thinking business credit would be important in this area as well.But the more I think about it, and ask around- the more I'm not sure real estate is an area where business credit is crucial, and we could be putting our money elsewhere. thank you!
