Do you pick the colors?

Is there a good guide or book out there (up-to-date) in general paint colors, types and colors of flooring, appliances, and fixtures styles/colors to choose for general rehabbing.

I'm attracted to flipping (as I'm also an interior designer on the side, and find tasks like choosing tile and paint colors to be bizarrely fun), but we also want to look toward building long term wealth/passive income with some smaller multi-family properties.

The color is called "bay waves" according to my wife, but according to me it's gray. 

Currently the new door on the property does not match the color of the house. 

Bought a property at a foreclosure auction a few years which had a huge above-ground pool half full of pea soup-colored water.

I think it's not that bad, but I've run it by others and everyone seems to agree: it's ugly.I think if we just removed the mansard roof and painted over the outdated colors (including brick), it would look much better.

postcards color both sides are 47 cents printed and sent/card.but but but...consider this. direct marketing is not an expense.

Not only to check on the progress but to make sure things like the right color paint/grout is being used.  

There was a color that was cheap that went well with the wood in my apartment, but they've since discontinued.
