After initial reaction I did schedule a call with my PM and it turns out what Mike and Drew posted is the actual reason.

@Michael Smythe   I believe Michael posts a really good explanation on asset class's and what you can expect. so between him and Engelo you should be able to navigate this safely .  

Your mentor has needs; try to meet them and develop a mutually beneficial relationship.A mentor can benefit your growth, but it's not as simple as one post on a forum full of strangers.

Now I haven't studied for the entire 2 years, life tends to catch up and I get pulled away for bits of time, but I always come back to the books and looking up forums and posts from people.

I'd also suggest having in-person interviews (post screenings) as you can build rapport, not necessary just a suggestion.
