We do not use wood, but instead reface cabinets in laminate. 

My funds (and mental capacity) are absolutely tapped after building the ADU during the pandemic.In 12 years I’ve also updated various things throughout the home unpermitted (bathroom tile, shower valves, vanity, kitchen cabinets) etc..Additionally the floor always had a slope to it, about 3/4” in a 10-15’ span.

I had a licensed GC give me receipts of cabinets he bought and installed. 

Kitchen remodel (granite, new backsplash, painted cabinets), new LVP and paint throughout, new fixtures, lighting and vanity, stained the deck.

It depends on the modifications too, wider doors, open cabinets, pull under sinks, reinforced ceiling attachments for slings and bars, larger bath rooms, roll in showers, exterior ramps, van accessable garage with additional space and ramp, bed and bath alarms and open floor plans are hard to find.

New cabinets, ceramic floor in the kitchen, tankless water heater, vinyl fence, new a/c unit and painted the exterior bricks.

Consider installing pull-out shelves, lazy susans, and cabinet organizers to maximize your storage space.

Replaced roof, upgraded electric, exterior paint, hot water heater, flooring in kitchen and bath, new appliances, new counter top, painted cabinets, screened front porch, new doors.

New kitchen appliances, counters, cabinets, and painting inside and out etc.Appraisal came in with the “as is” value at 130k, and the ARV at 195k.

@Camille Joos-Visconti I think if you become someone's colleague on BP, you can send a direct message.To answer your question, I spent $50k on remodeling the entire 2-bdm apartment, including new sheet rocks, ceiling, paint, kitchen cabinet, countertops+all new appliances, new flooring, new bathroom, re-finished all doors, new recessed lights....but I learned that I could save money on hiring a good GC, instead of negotiating with individual sub contractors myself.
