As @Charles Carillo said, you can make the most of that time, but most people just waste the 4-5 years and then end up doing something unrelated to their degree field anyway.Maybe look into a Trade School, like an electrical one....nice clean work that pays really well.

If she paid other people, you basically hired her as a GC.

Most people don't keep good books anyway.

Buy property and hold onto it forever.If you listen to YouTube gurus that tell you to borrow money from other people, max out credit cards, or that you can buy 50 houses in one year, then you get what you deserve.

But, regardless, it does little to assist with bring in clients.

Are people having hard time finding quality tenants ?

I have seem reviews of people that were happy that took it, but I have also seen the mugshots of him (lol) and all of the posts of him being a scammer, when people gave him money to invest.

Many people are quick to tell me that I will never be able to collect on any judgment, and I’m well aware of this likeliness.

I understand if funds are not available it is easy get blinded by what saves the most, but if multiple people are telling you that it is a bad idea mostly likely is because they have learned that most of the times or never, saving in the short-term doesn't payoff.
