Three pages is too short, unless a kid is looking for money to start a shoe shine business. 100 pages would be far to long even to finance an international shipping operation. 25-50 pages seems about right for most executive summaries.Frankly, I never bother to read an unsolicited executive summary because the very fact they send them before a face to face meeting tells me they most likely do not know what they are doing.

I told her to stop calling me , i called the cops they couldn't do anything until she contacted me again, well 2 weeks go by she doesn't bother me , between this time I'm trying to get this house she lived in rented out , and for some reason I'm not getting any hits , or calls nothing , and if i do people cancel or don't show up , i feel somethings fishy here , So I do a search on Craigslist , juts to see if anythings for rent in the area my home is in , and what do i find this women has posted my home with a long message about me , my full name , my home address and 3 other homes i own there address ( which tenants live at) , my company name and my phone number , and she posted it three time and flagged my ADDS she also wrote in her message how I'm a slumlord , and switched the whole story around .

At times, I have been "disregarded" because I wasn't known as the owner, it didn't bother me one bit....Most of the tenants recognize me as a representative on the behalf of the owner.

Or just be friends with the minimum wage guy at Home Depot cutting the keys.I also suspect the do it yourself key copy machine at Walmart doesn't bother to look for "do not duplicate" if you're just using a standard household size key blank.

I also agree with Nathan G. that selling a home with a tenant living in it is going to bother the tenant.
