C can come with higher cash flow for certain periods but it can also come with increased risk & potential downside loss.

Greeting everyone I don’t post on bigger pockets as much as I should due to the fact I’m still trying to learn more about real estate.

I will be able to move back into the condo in two years but I am also thinking if I should sell the condo and reinvest in a bigger property.I am open to all opinions. 

What I like about this bank is that once I got on the phone with someone in the Business Development department, I felt like it was an exciting brainstorm sessions in this exact section of bigger pockets. 

Hello Bigger Pockets community.

Your expenses will only grow as you get married, buy a house, have kids, buy a bigger house, etc. 

I mention this because the natural gas industry is only getting bigger in the northeast with the death of coal.

I've been investing in real estate for about 5 years, but I've only recently discovered the Bigger Pockets community.  

I've signed up for Bigger Pockets in hopes to network with flippers and wholesalers in the Southbay Los Angeles area so i can learn the trade and also help out were i can. 

I would post in that State Forum, here on Bigger Pockets, "Looking for bank near X city" and see if some locals might give some good advice.I hope this wasn't too much information (and please forgive me on the formatting) but feel free to tag me with any questions.Thanks!
