My parents want to gift their portion of ownership to us so that we have full ownership, also so we could sell and get a bigger place if we need. 

I currently am researching my options on potentially selling 1 or maybe 2 of my 3 family properties and rolling them into a new/bigger multifamily. 

However, will the NYC crowd go to NJ in the future for bigger space? 

I didn’t even mention that the guy threw in a smaller 0.4 acre lot in my original post though because of that. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/Fawnridge-Dr-CHIPLEY-FL-32428/103549174_zpidAs you can see this is the lot and it’s currently land locked so I just planned on listing it for 6-7k to free up some money to potentially put into the bigger lot.

Hello All,I am new to bigger pockets.

It is also often compiling pieces of data and then extrapolating that into a bigger conclusion.So, my advice is to remember that cash flow is essentially a function of numbers. 

I do believe that you have more crime in Indy but that's because you have a bigger population. 

Well as I began to research this idea a little more, I stumbled across the bigger pockets podcast and I instantly realized how much bigger our goals could be than one vacation home.  

Also, found Bigger Pockets a few months back and love it, just wish I would have found it sooner!
