The lock box on the door has a local realtor company so I am going to call them and see where that leads me.

And not one that specializes in selling to folks that intend to live there as a primary residence.Also if you lead with the I want to low ball 50 properties to get one.. your going to have a hard time finding anyone who is going to do that.Also you may want to provide your POF and your lending source..

Offering absolute dollar amounts seems like it could easily lead to trouble.
