I would agree with @Neil Narayan that Round Rock probably has more interest with regard to rentals than Cedar Park, but it is a close race there and that is purely from my experience.

All that said,  SP also has a great, active, engaged community,  several festivals over the course of the year  (its the only neighborhood I've seen people in full tradiitional dress riding horses down side streets for fiestas patrias for example) and neighbors put on an all-out august night out against crime every year.

I feel like the first group races to the new listings hoping they can catch landlords who aren't paying attention or screening well....in Cleveland, I'd say I average at least 40 inquiries before I get a rental agreement signed (the last house was over 60).
