When I read through the opinions of others, I like to see what their post count is as it relates to their up votes as well as what it shows on their profile. 

Franklin property taxes our extremely high in Wisconsin.Will go even higher with local highschool constructions Less than a year ago :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Franklin community voted that property owners in communityhelp pay for multi-millions being spent on local highschool.

The rumor I’ve heard is that is because Norfolk has yet to vote on it and that could change but they’ll probably have a similar grandfather system that Virginia Beach has in place for people that were already operating STR’s so that’s a really interesting option because I do think Norfolk has a lot of growing areas that have been neglected for far too long.

If everything seems to beequal, go wtih the one that you like a bit better, possibly even having a family vote.

DC, PG and MoCos county councils passed theirs with unanimous votes and no one really lobbied the other side.
