Hi everyone my name is Cory and I live and invest in real estate throughout Berkshire County. I started in real estate 3 years ago when I was 24 when me and my brother bought a couple houses to fix and flip.We currently live in one and rent out the other and will be selling the rental this spring. I got my real estate license to help save money when it comes time to sell our properties and as well as to make some extra cash.
Once we sell our rental we will have a decent amount of cash and we are looking to buy a multi-family or 2, so I've been reading quite a bit on that.
I've been lurking on this site for a few months and have become very interested in learning more about investing in mortgage notes and tax liens. I also would like to venture into property management to get a better grasp on managing multiple properties and tenants.

One was foreclosed on improperly by the bank when we bought it so were stuck with it till a law passes. The one we live in we planned to fix slowing while living in it so I guess you can't call that one a flip and the one that is just about ready to sell we ran into some financing problems but that's all past us now
