I need help running my first deal on a multiunit property.

I was contacted to help manage a STR in my market which is Midwest WI as I already own and manage 3 of my own STRs and am doing well with them.

Should I consider refinancing to help decrease my monthly payment (my current rate is 6.41%), should I cut my losses and sell the property (which I’m hesitant to do bc I don’t expect to househack again), or is there any other route I can take?

This is one of the biggest mistakes I observe.While terms are important, take the time to get to know what each banker has to offer, their capacity and how they can help you grow.
