Husband-Wife Team Intro!

Lindsey Garrison
Posted

Hi all, my husband and I are trying to keep investing in Santa Barbara (which is kind of funny, considering it feels impossible) after having purchased a condo in 2020 and a single family home that became our primary residence in 2021. We still have both properties and are renting them both out - one is cash flowing, one is not. We would love to connect with other investors who have done creative financing, rolled equity over, done battle with loan limits that are so unrealistic, or even moved their money out of state?! We are totally stalled out and looking for community and advice and to help others if we can!!!

@Lindsey Garrison

Welcome to BP!  I was a resident in SLO and made many trips to SB. It's an expensive market and will require a creative strategy.  This is the right place to find connections and ideas.
