If it was me, I wouldn't do it the way Rich said because (1) your LLC is now on the hook for liabilities of the individual, and (2) the individual can now file a partition suit to force sale the property if things go south.

Ive been saying that for like 7 years now) then I think we would enter an environment where it becomes increasingly likely for banks to use the due on sale clause so they can force you into a higher rate note.
