There is $15 MILLION of equity there – meaning of course that the project is worth (apartments and surrounding land) $15 million more than what we owe to ALL banks and investors involved in the project.

I have read conflicting information regarding whether or not these programs are worth it.

Yea it feels weird so blatantly calling someone out but no one's had a good experience with him yet and It would make it worth it if I could even dissuade one person from doing business with him and getting scammed.  

Still might not end up worth it though.The most important thing is that you got started!
