I want to wholesale tax delinquent properties.

I agree it is unnecessary but it gets real old having a dozen people a week jump on here and with their first post ask everyone else to do their entire "job" because they went to a seminar and now they're a wholesaler that will soon be offering contracts at ARV, backing out of deals when they can't close them and giving everyone a bad name.

I would like to buy and hold or wholesale it. 

Is it bad to want to be a real estate agent while I work on wholesaling as well? What’re the pros and cons. And am I able to do both?

I was looking to wholesale a vacant property that I got under contract with a motivated seller that lives 4 hours away from the property.

I have gone through a couple dozen wholesalers and none seem to last very long.

@Dan BarliWell by the end of this year I will hopefully have our first rental on the market, also have a opportunity at the moment to wholesale a small property with a house that will need a total overhaul on the west side of San Antonio it's a place that my wife has part ownership.

I've been speaking with someone who said the have it under a wholesale contract, not completely sure who has the contract at this point.
